24 Most Anticipated Hotel Openings in 2024

You know what? Usually we show you photos and talk about hotels which are obviously already … existing. But today we will do things a little bit differently. We will talk about 24 hotels which have their grand opening this year! How exciting is that? Let’s dive right in:

1. St. Regis Cap Cana Resort & Residences, Dominican Republic

Ladies and gentleman, that will be the first major luxury hotel brand in Dominican Republic which won’t be all-inclusive! What else? A lot: 200 rooms, private beach, golf course, seven pools, seven restaurants, spa and we could keep going but we need to move on to the next one.

2. Montage Cay, The Bahamas

Let’s be honest, everyone at least once in life asked themselves: “How would it be to have your own private island?” Ok, so if you want to know how it is, here we go: Montage Cay will be a private island resort!

3. One & Only One Za’abeel, Dubai

Dubai keeps surprising with the architecture designs and never fails! The H-shaped hotel is coming around! And if that is not enough, UAE’s longest infinity pool, suites with massage tables and meditation zones should satisfy everyone.

4. Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island

One private island resort is not so exciting as two! Think waterfront villa with a private pool, and your only question every day would be: which one of the six restaurants should I choose for tonight? But of course, you can ask your OWN concierge for a piece of advice.

5. Four Seasons Hotel Rabat At Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco

That’s quite interesting: 18th-century sultan’s summer home is transforming into a hotel! We must say, the summer home must have been a little bit bigger than the summer house we know about as it has 11 buildings!

6. Rosewood Amsterdam

This hotel will be transformed from 1665 Palace of Justice, so in addition to canal views, you will find a library with legal tomes-turned-art.

7. Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London

This place just has it all. A celebrity chef, rooftop lounge, spa and an indoor pool. We know, you expected all of it. But what do you say for treatments like biohacking with binaural beats?

8. Collegio Alla Querce, Auberge Resorts Collection, Florence

Time to move our imagination into 16th-century UNESCO buildings that include a cultural institution, school, chapel and theatre. This place screams “culture!”. Time to open the curtains and show you beachside hotel next to the Santa Monica Pier! Wellness, beachfront pool, celebrity chef … ahhh!

There are plenty of pools with ocean view but city view from this height? We can feel that will be a new spot for travel influencers!
